Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on any orders, as all products are custom-made specifically for you. Please make sure to review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Exchanges are only accepted under the following condition:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product, or production faults)

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must provide a mandatory unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the defect or issue from the moment you open the package.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
